- This $20 non-refundable payment will go towards your final-payment.
- Once added to your cart, there is an “Order Special Instructions” box. Please fill the box and provide your preferred contact information (eg: email, Instagram).
- After purchasing, I will proceed to contact you within 24-48 hrs to plan & discuss the full details of your custom request.
- Once your custom request is complete, You will be asked to pay the remainder of the payment (including shipping costs). Full payment is required before I can begin working on your order.
- Allow 1-4 weeks for your custom order to be fulfilled and shipped.

- I am not responsible for any lost or damaged mail. Shipments sent back due to incorrect shipping address will require re-shipment payment.
- Refunds/returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery, and only if a mistake was made on my part.

All jewelry is made with tarnish-resistant brass-filled gold/silver plated wire or German style wire. The wire is hypoallergenic, but not waterproof! It is long-lasting with proper care.
Here is how to properly take care of your jewelry:
- Remove jewelry before showering, exercising, and applying lotions/perfumes/oils/hand sanitizers.
- Store your pieces in dry, dark, and safe places (jewelry boxes, holders, cloths) when you're not wearing them.
