All jewelry is made with tarnish-resistant brass-filled gold/silver plated wire or German style wire. The wire is hypoallergenic, but not waterproof! It is long-lasting with proper care.

Here is how to properly take care of your jewelry: 

• Remove jewelry before showering, exercising, and applying lotions/perfumes/oils/hand sanitizers.
• Store your pieces in dry, dark, and safe places (jewelry boxes, holders, cloths) when you're not wearing them.  
  

• Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
• All orders are shipped through USPS.
• Tracking numbers are always provided.
• Please allow 2-10 days for your order to be shipped.
• All custom orders require full payment before order can be fulfilled and before any necessary materials can be ordered for the custom piece.
• If there are any questions, concerns, or issues about your package, please contact your local Post Office.

• I am not responsible for any lost or damaged mail. Shipments sent back due to incorrect shipping address will require re-shipment payment.
• Refunds/returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery, and only if a mistake was made on my part.
• All sales are final!
